1. General Policy
At KOHINOOR ANIVET INTERNATIONAL TRADING L.L.C, we are committed to delivering high-quality animal feed, supplements, and veterinary nutraceuticals. Due to the nature of our products—used for animal nutrition, veterinary applications, and governed by strict regulatory standards—all sales are considered final.
However, we accept returns or issue refunds under the following conditions outlined below.
2. Eligibility for Return
We accept product returns only in the following situations:
- Damaged or Defective Items:
If the item arrives damaged, broken, or contaminated due to transit, manufacturing, or packaging issues. - Incorrect Product Delivered:
If you receive an item that does not match your order (wrong product, quantity, or packaging).
Note: All claims must be raised within 7 days of delivery, along with photographic evidence and original packaging details.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or issue refunds in the following cases:
- Product has been opened, tampered with, or partially used
- The product was ordered incorrectly by the buyer
- Products that are temperature-sensitive and were not stored per instructions
- Custom bulk orders or items marked “Non-returnable” at checkout
- Returns requested after 7 days of delivery
4. Return Procedure
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
- Email us at contact@kinanivet.ae with:
- Order number
- Description of issue
- Clear photos of the product, label, and packaging
- Our team will verify the issue within 2–3 business days
- If approved, we will provide return instructions and a replacement/refund as applicable
5. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed in the same method as the original payment or as store credit, based on agreement.
- Refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect, depending on your payment provider.
- For international orders, currency conversion differences are not covered by us.
6. Shipping Charges
- If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to customer error, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
